Where these come from
These are the pages I wanted to hand over. Twenty-five years in pulmonary care, most of it on a ward where the people I looked after had smoked for thirty or forty years, and the question that came up most often was not what is wrong with me but how do I stop. The handouts that existed were written for something else — anxiety, anger, grief in general — and then bent toward smoking. They never quite fit.
So the sets go one step further than a single page. Each one is built around one clinical situation, with several pages that work together across sessions, and the same footer, license and two paper sizes as the free library. Every page is developed with reference to tobacco-dependence guidance and published evidence.
Before you buy
What may I do with them?
Print them, use them with your own clients in session or in groups you run yourself, and send a blank copy to a client for their own use. The full terms are on the practice license page, and the license page comes with the file.
Can I fill them in on screen?
Yes. Every worksheet has form fields, so a client can type into it and you can complete pages together during a session. Open the file in Adobe Acrobat Reader, which is free; a browser preview may not keep what is typed.
Why is there no cart on this page?
On purpose. This site never takes payments. The cart at the top is only for the free library, where you give an email address and nothing else. Paid sets go through Gumroad’s secure checkout instead, which also handles sales tax or VAT for your country. Each set’s button opens its page on Gumroad. Want more than one set? Gumroad has its own cart, so you can add several and pay once.
Why do I pay through Gumroad?
Gumroad is an established platform for selling digital products, and it handles the whole checkout on its own secure page. Your card details never pass through this site. It also works out sales tax or VAT for your country and adds it at checkout, so the price you pay is correct wherever you practice. You pay once: no subscription, nothing renews, and your bank statement will show Gumroad. Because the files download instantly, sales are final. If a file does not open or work as it should, write to me and I will make sure you get one that does.
Do I get updates?
Yes, free. When a set is improved, the new version replaces the old one behind the link in your Gumroad receipt, and you receive an email to let you know.
Is there anything free?
Yes, a whole library of single pages, free to use in your practice. The sets go further, with several pages built around one clinical situation.
