- Organizer: Cessation Worksheets (cessationworksheets.com).
- Prize: one paperback of Smoke-Free Through the Holidays by Leanne Van Horn per winner, sent through Amazon. Three books each on the Facebook page, on Instagram and in the Facebook support group, each drawn separately.
- Who can enter: anyone aged 18 or over living in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland or Australia.
- How to enter: follow Cessation Worksheets on the platform of the post (Facebook page or Instagram) and comment BOOK under the giveaway post. In the Facebook group, commenting BOOK is enough. One entry per person per post. No purchase, sharing or tagging is required.
- Dates: from October 19, 2026, 12:00 p.m. ET until October 30, 2026, 11:59 p.m. ET.
- Winners are drawn at random on October 31, 2026 (Halloween), announced in the comments and contacted by direct message. Winners have 48 hours to reply with a shipping address; otherwise a reserve winner is chosen. Accounts that appear fake or automated are not eligible.
- Winners are under no obligation to review the book. An honest review is welcome, never required.
- Personal details are used only to send the prize and are deleted afterwards.
