Practice License
Yours to use in the room.
One practitioner · Unlimited clients · No renewal, no expiry
Every set on this site is licensed to one practitioner. Not to a clinic, not to a team, not to a seat that gets passed on. The terms below are the same for all of them, including the free worksheets.
What the license covers
| Use it with your own clients, in session or as homework | Yes |
| Print as many copies as you need | Yes |
| Send a blank copy to a client by email or through a secure patient portal, for that client’s own use | Yes |
| Use it in a group you run yourself | Yes |
| Keep using it — no renewal, no expiry | Yes |
| Give the file to a colleague | No |
| Put it on a shared drive or intranet other practitioners can reach | No |
| Resell it, or include it in something you sell | No |
| Publish it under your own name or your practice’s | No |
| Use it as material for training other practitioners | Ask first |
One practitioner means one
If two of you want to use the same set, that is two licenses. This is deliberate. Worksheets that circulate freely between practices end up rewritten, rebranded and resold, and the practitioner who paid loses the reason to have paid.
The line runs between one client and several practitioners. Sending a client a blank copy for their own use is what the sheet is for. Putting it somewhere other practitioners can help themselves is not.
If your practice needs more than one, send a message before you buy.
Something to file
The license is a separate sheet, not a paragraph buried on the last page of a worksheet. It comes in both sizes, with fields for your name, your practice and the date, so you can fill it in on screen and file it where your practice keeps that sort of thing.
If your practice needs the name printed rather than typed into a field, send the name and the set and a copy comes back by email. No charge. Nothing is kept afterward.
Your own practice logo can be added to the pages. Send it after your purchase and tell me where you want it — no charge. The footer and the license sheet stay as they are.

The free worksheets have one too
The free worksheets are free, not unlicensed. Same terms, same separate license page. Free means you do not pay for them. It does not mean they are yours to publish.
What none of this is
A license to treat. The worksheets are a support tool, not medical advice, and not a substitute for the clinical judgment of the practitioner using them. What happens in the session is yours.
