Twenty pages in the library so far, and more each month. Narrow it down, or search for what you need today.
Every page here is a free download. Add as many as you like to your cart, then check out once to get them all.
No payment details are needed. At checkout you create a free account with your email address.
Your pages then stay available under My account, and the download links also arrive by email.
Some of these have an article underneath, on what the research says. Some have a case note, on what people struggle with when the moment arrives.
Where these come from
These are the pages I wanted to hand over. Twenty-five years in pulmonary care, most of it on a ward where the people I looked after had smoked for thirty or forty years, and the question that came up most often was not what is wrong with me but how do I stop. The handouts that existed were written for something else — anxiety, anger, grief in general — and then bent toward smoking. They never quite fit.
So each one is written for a single moment rather than for the subject as a whole. The free ones are the same build as the practice sets: same footer, same license, same two paper sizes. Free means you do not pay for it. It does not mean it is yours to publish.

Before you download
What may I do with them?
Print them, use them with your own clients in session or in groups you run yourself, and send a blank copy to a client for their own use. The full terms are on the practice license page, and the license page comes with the file.
Which paper size do I need?
Both arrive together. A4 for most countries, US Letter for the United States and Canada. Take whichever your printer uses.
Can I fill them in on screen?
Yes. Every worksheet has form fields, so a client can type into it and you can complete pages together during a session.
Why do I need an account?
So the files stay yours. Everything you download sits in your account, and you can come back for it months later without asking me for the link. You give an email address and a first name. Nothing else.
Will you email me?
Only about the worksheets you downloaded — a corrected version, for instance. There is a tick box for the monthly letter about new pages, and it is yours to leave empty. The download does not depend on it.
What does it cost?
Nothing. These pages are free and stay free. If you want a full set built around one clinical situation, those are the practice sets.
